Our Tanks.

Neece Precast is located in El Mirage, off Dysart and Orchid Lane. We are one of the oldest and most respected names for precast concrete products in the Phoenix area, serving the Valley since 1959.

Our septic tanks are utilized by contractors across the entire region, with sizes to serve most needs. Prices are in line with the industry standard and our concrete has proven to only get stronger over time.

Our Pull & Pour.

We mix it for you... just pull it and pour it, then rinse and return. Each Pull and Pour tank holds up to 1.25 yards. They are available by reservation (first come/first served) early each morning - Monday thru Friday.

Units have a limited distance due to material drying conditions, so please provide job details along with distance to the job site.

Our Speciality Precast.

In addition to our sought after septic tanks, we offer a variety of stair treads, pavers, parking  curbs, trash receptacles, ashtrays and other specialty construction touches like landings, stair treads, and splash guards.

Remember... our pavers, fire rings , table sets and benches are available for your landscaping needs as well.
